• Develop and manage sales forecast plans at store, warehouse and supplier level using order management systems,
• Analyze sales and stock performance in collaboration with Category and Operations teams to improve forecast accuracy,
• Manage centralized ordering processes from supplier to shelf to support availability and stock targets,
• Coordinate store feedback related to order and stock management and ensure timely corrective actions,
• Lead centralized purchasing activities for promotions, special pricing periods, year-end and peak commercial seasons,
• Manage ordering processes for products to be stocked in stores and warehouses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness,
• Contribute to defining safety stock levels and stock policies,
• Take active role in demand and supply planning related projects,
• Build, automate and continuously improve reporting and analytics to optimize demand and supply planning processes.

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is a plus),
• 2+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning or stock management,
• Experience in retail or FMCG sector is preferred,
• Advanced proficiency in Excel,
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Google Data Studio and other BI tools,
• Advanced level of English,
• Strong data analysis, forecasting and statistical knowledge,
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills,
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Head Office Working Model is Hybrid in METRO. We're working remotely on Fridays. You can work from anywhere on that day.
