Controlling Data Analyst

• Use of big data analytics and business intelligence tools·
• Work effectively as a team member, sharing and taking responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating relevant team members on progress
• Working closely with commercial & financial controlling team to support data requirements of business stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations and solutions for business challenges
• Understand the commercial steakholders data needs and perform data analysis to meet business requirements
• Support the implementation and maintenance of business intelligence systems and tools
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, dashboards, illustrating data graphically
• Analyzing complex data and commercial reports and presenting necessary reports

• Bachelor's degree in related departments as Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS or Business Administration, Economics etc.
• Strong SQL skills, ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries
• 3-4 years of related experience, preferably in FMCG or retail; or Big 4 experience is highly appreciated
• Experience working with data visualization and analytical software tools
• Experience in working with MS Office application, mainly MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment
• Proven ability to relate and solve business problems through statistics
• Synthesize methodology and data into actionable business strategy and communicate findings to management teams to drive business impact
• Eagerness to develop in data analytics, advanced campaign analysis and predictive and prescriptive modeling
• Experience working in a retail company is a big plus
• Excellent communication and team working skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
