Franchise Quality Assurance Executive

We are looking for a new team member to support Bonveno operations in our Quality Assurance and Sustainability department.
- To determine rules for product safety in accordance with Turkish Food Codex, Global QA, EU Food Safety and to establish and enforce quality and product safety system for franchise operations.
- To monitor the efficiency of the system with internal and external audits and to make revisions when necessary.
- To organize audits for monitoring the effectiveness of this system, to follow corrective actions in case of non-compliance and to create a registration system.
- To track cleaning plans for stores and coordinate trainings for employees.
- To follow customer feedback related to food safety and quality about Stores and to report and evaluate on monthly basis.
- To provide technical support for the necessary legal registration / approval permissions related to the products planned to be produced in the stores and to organize analysis and share with related divisions.
- To organize training plans with the HR department for the store personnel related to food safety.
- To determine the food safety and quality rules for product collection, storage, consolidation, loading and dispatch steps required for franchise operations.
- To follow the applications related to cold chain in the stores.
- Increasing quality awareness of staff in the stores by organizing technical visits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Quickly adapting Metro Turkey’s business activities and working methods.
- Interest in Gastronomy world and being a food lover.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Good command of MS Office applications, advanced level of Excel.
- Being store and customer focused.
- Dynamic and systematic working.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- A self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- No restrictions to travel; valid driving license required.
METRO's Head Office follows a hybrid working model! We work remotely on Fridays, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere. Plus, each year, you can choose two additional weeks to work remotely on your own terms!
