Pricing Executive

  • Category-based pricing responsibility for different pricing strategies, own brand products and projects
  • Tracking and analysing competitor prices, products and promotion practices to deeply understand category pricing trends as well as to protect our competitive edge
  • Negotiating pricing decisions with relevant categories for competitive pricing and correct brand positioning
  • Regular optimisation cycles and adhoc analyses to improve implemented pricing strategies
  • Opportunity to work cross-functionally with almost every team in our company

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS or Business Administration, Economics etc.        
  • Experience in Category Management, CRM, Revenue Management and Pricing, Analytical Marketing, Controlling is a plus
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Good command of MS Office applications, advanced level of Excel
  • Analytical mind-set and high problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • A commercial mindset with strong business acumen
  • Detail-oriented, systematic and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under stress
  • Target and result oriented
  • Curious and eager to learn

METRO's Head Office follows a hybrid working model! We work remotely on Fridays, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere. Plus, each year, you can choose two additional weeks to work remotely on your own terms!
