We are looking for a Product & Supplier Data Team Leader to be a part of our team in the Advanced Analytics and Data Management Department.

 


Job Description

• Managing the Team responsible for master data execution processes;

Article life cycle

Supplier life cycle

Data Maintenance

Project management

• Coordinating, tracking and reporting data entries in the company. Providing and confirming that the data has been entered comprehensively and correctly into the system by the Team. Reviewing processes/workflows and creating new processes/workflows, or revising them if necessary.

• Creating and developing projects in line with internal customer needs.

• Conducting the role of product owner of PIM and SIM systems.

• Informing the relevant departments about the developments regarding the vehicles under responsibility.

• The successful applicant will be responsible for the creation, implementation and follow-up of all Robot Processes Automation (RPA) in the department.

• Working closely with IM-IT department to keep track with the new technologies, improve and streamline the processes, implementing necessary developments needed.

• Organizing all training of the Team, regarding IM-IT related subjects.

• Maintaining on-going discussions with all related parties to ensure an understanding of business needs in the data entry flows.

• Maintaining article & supplier life cycle and providing article and supplier data quality

• Preparing of presentations according to needs and changes

• Participating and leading relevant corporate projects where Data Maintenance actions to be applied.

• Being a single point of contact between both global and local teams such as Category Management,Accounting, Marketing, Pricing and Supply Chain.


Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related subjects, such as Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS or Business Administration, Economics, etc.

• 3 years or more of experience in management preferable in the Wholesale, Retail, or FMCG sectors.

• A high level understanding of end-to-end Wholesale, Retail business processes

• Strong process optimization capabilities, as well as technical acumen and a fair understanding of IT related topics

• Experience in RPA management is a desirable.

• Strong problem solving skills, moreover, results orientation is plus.

• Experience in data management and an ability to analyze data and understand development areas, in terms of data processes

• Experience in working with MS Office applications, mainly MS Excel and MS Powerpoint. SQL , Qliksense, Microstrategy knowledge would be an advantage.

• Experience in team management.

• Ability Inproject management and change management skills.

• Ability to multitask in management

• Strong focus on excellent service management for internal and external customers.

• Ability to work with cross functional teams within the company.

• Experience of working within a complex, multinational environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Head Office Working Model is Hybrid in Metro, We're working remotely on Mondays and Fridays. You can work from anywhere on these days!
