Strategy Development Executive

  • Contribute to the development of the company’s strategic roadmap.
  • Ensure the identification, prioritization, progress, and follow-up of all strategic projects.
  • Monitor the implementation of the strategic roadmap, provide necessary guidance, and offer company-wide direction to ensure alignment with the strategic plan.
  • Design project management processes and approaches required for the execution of strategic decisions.
  • Conduct market, customer, macroeconomic, competitor, and internal data analyses to support long-term strategic decision-making; develop and enhance market models and customer prioritization frameworks.
  • Prepare analyses and reports in response to ad-hoc requests from local and global senior management.
  • Provide oversight to cross-functional projects carried out under the sponsorship of the Board of Directors.
  • Define and support strategic actions required to achieve the company’s financial goals.
  • Work in close and effective collaboration with all business units and the Board of Directors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in strategy, business development, or management consulting.
  • Knowledge of market analysis, competitive analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Experience in project management.
  • A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge in MS Office applications.
  • Advanced written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with organizational skills
  • Strong time management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline- driven environment.
  • Deep understanding of global and local market dynamics.
  • Flexible, solution-oriented, able to take initiative, be result-driven and adapt quickly to changing business requirements.
  • No military obligation for male candidates.

METRO's Head Office follows a hybrid working model! We work remotely on Fridays, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere. Plus, each year, you can choose two additional weeks to work remotely on your own terms!
