Trainee Programme Sales or Head Office

Management in retail or strategy at corporate headquarters? METRO offers the right trainee programme for both directions: The sales-oriented trainee programme prepares students for management tasks in one of METRO's nationwide wholesale stores - with the goal of becoming shop managers. At the company headquarters in Düsseldorf, on the other hand, the focus is on purchasing, supply chain management, controlling and HR, for example. Which is more to your liking?

International Management Trainee Programme (MPP)

If you have completed your studies with an international focus and are now looking for a suitable trainee programme that will prepare you perfectly for an international career in wholesale, then take a look at our METRO Potentials trainee programme. You will get to know wholesale stores and head office and gain deep insights behind the scenes of wholesale.
