Sales Analyst

METRO is a global retail company which operates in 34 countries with 678 stores serving more than 16 million customers with its 105.000 employees. With its 33 years presence in our country, METRO Turkey is operating in 21 cities, with 37 stores and 4.500 employees.

We are looking for a Sales Analyst to be a part of our team in the Sales Excellence Department.

• Guide Field Sales Team for more efficient operation,
• Provide performance and potential analyzes,
• Support Sales Force teams with quarterly and annually targets analysis,
• Provide detailed weekly analysis,
• Provide closing analyzes on a monthly and yearly basis,
• Analyze and make benchmark for different applications, payment systems and sales dynamics in the market,
• Prepare forecast for support and targeting process,
• Prepare and consolidate data for portfolio selections,
• Work in collaboration with Operation, global and local related team.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and master’s degree would be a plus,
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar positions,
• Ability to find solutions to problems and be proactive,
• Strong planning and organizational skills,
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills,
• Advanced knowledge of spoken and written English,
• MS Office knowledge and data interpretation skills,
• Excellent communication and team working skills,
• Improved presentation skills,
• Advanced analytical and quantitative perspective,
• High internal and external customer focus.

Head Office Working Model is Hybrid in METRO, We're working remotely on Mondays and Fridays. You can work from anywhere on these days!
