Job Description

  • Take necessary actions to develop Supply Chain strategies with global teams and ensure the implementation of new initiatives at the national level.
  • Coordinate, prepare, and present the strategies, projects, and all communications of the Supply Chain department at national and global levels.
  • Ensure the standardization of Supply Chain KPIs in line with global criteria.
  • Lead the Supply Chain BI processes and necessary project processes to improve performance.
  • Design processes to strengthen the technical infrastructure of order systems, develop systems to improve demand planning processes, and standardize operational processes.
  • Analyze the current status of critical Supply Chain KPIs such as stock days, availability, and cost, identify areas for improvement, and share them with relevant teams.
  • Regularly review the security parameters in the JDA (BlueYonder) system to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic priorities.
  • Create new data models in tools like Microstrategy, PowerPivot, and Google Data Studio, and delegate tasks to relevant teams.
  • Take necessary actions and provide training to improve the analytical capabilities of teams.

Qualifications

  • University degree in related areas.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in demand planning, stock and order management, process development, and project management.
  • High-level technical knowledge in stock and order management systems.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence and big data analysis.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, SAP ERP, and SQL.
  • Strong knowledge of digitalization and automation processes.
  • Strong decision-making and initiative-taking abilities.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, goal and result-oriented.

Head Office Working Model is Hybrid in Metro, We're working remotely on Mondays and Fridays. You can work from anywhere on these days!
