Job Description

  • Responsible for planning, creating, and ensuring the consistency of sales support units (such as price tags, labels, special area applications, brand visuals, sales and operation support materials, etc.) across all stores, along with conducting necessary checks.
  • Ensuring the consistent delivery of accurate brand messages at all customer and employee touchpoints in all stores, aiming to sustainably support the conversion of customer experience into sales.
  • Planning of project layouts for in-store layout changes, shelf transformations, and renovation projects in collaboration with internal and external partners; conducting budget and scheduling activities; managing procurement, supply, and implementation processes.
  • Monitoring the quality of internal printing processes, conducting material research when necessary, and taking action in cases of changes or adjustments are essential for store visual arrangement (decoration) teams and other category sales teams to execute price signaling with budget and visual quality optimization.
  • Developing new application ideas for in-store implementations of customer experience projects, preparing pilot studies, ensuring the continuity of existing projects, and planning/supplying/implementing signaling and visual materials when necessary.
  • Ensuring the effective management of visual merchandising processes in the stores where visual arrangement officers (decoration) are responsible, providing application and material training, leading teams, and ensuring inventory tracking and correct implementations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields
  • 5+ years of visual merchangising experience (especially in field operations)
  • Proficient in production techniques and material knowledge
  • Strong budget management skills
  • Proficiency in English is a plus
  • Ability to work within short timings in uncertain environments
  • Have ability to plan, communication, organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge about sector regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • No travel restrictions required
