Compensation & Benefits Specialist

- Develop and administer compensation and benefits policies, procedures, and programs specific to the retail sector.
- Participate salary surveys and analysis to benchmark compensation and benefits against industry trends and competitors.
- Design and optimize incentive programs, including sales commissions and bonuses, to motivate and reward retail employees.
- Manage the annual salary review process, ensuring fairness and consistency across the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and HR Business partners on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, salary offers, and promotions.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs and manage flexible benefits program
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Compensation and Benefits.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and trends.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Head Office Working Model is Hybrid in METRO, We're working remotely on Mondays and Fridays. You can work from anywhere on these days!
