Training as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/w/d)
PLANNING, TESTING, ORGANISING - JUST YOUR THING?
Then perhaps the warehouse is your stomping ground. In our state-of-the-art delivery depots in Germany and in the storage area in our wholesale markets, several thousand products are stored that we deliver to our professional customers from the gastronomy sector every day. As a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), you will keep an overview here.
Training at METRO will make you an important part of our delivery team - and an absolute professional for logistical processes.

WHAT, WHERE, WHEN - GOOD TO KNOW!
TRAINING LOCATION
You will learn in one of our delivery depots or in a wholesale store - and of course in the vocational school.
DURATION OF TRAINING
3 years or the possibility of shortening to 2.5 years with good practical and academic performance.
SCHOOL-LEAVING QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
A secondary school leaving certificate or a comparable school leaving certificate is required.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT DURING YOUR TRAINING
The three-year apprenticeship as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) shows you how to receive, check and properly store a wide variety of goods. Every day brings new exciting challenges. Soon you will be organising deliveries together with your colleagues, creating route plans, loading products and sending them to where our customers urgently need them. As a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), you will also be involved in optimising logistics processes.
