• Conduct domestic and foreign legal practices
• Prepare and inspect contracts both in Turkish and English
• Follow-up regulations and inform related parties
• Pursue externally received legal services and coordinate relations with the consultant firms
• Prepare and analyze legal reports
• Follow-up daily notifications and organize relevant legal procedures and processes

• Bachelor degree in Law
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in law departments or consultancy law firms
• Knowledge of Contracts, Commercial, Corporate, Competition, Real-Estate and Labor Law
• Litigation knowledge and practice is important
• Administrative correspondence skill is important
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
• A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with organizational skills
• Strong time management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment
• No military obligation for male candidates

Head Office Working Model is Hybrid in Metro, We're working remotely on Mondays and Fridays. You can work from anywhere on these days!
